PAUL GAGNER

I was born in 1976 in rural Wisconsin. Currently I am based in Brooklyn, New York. I received my BFA from the School of Visual Arts in 2005, and my MFA from Brooklyn College in 2009. I have exhibited nationally and internationally. I love coffee, beer, and ketchup. I loathe spiders, sneezing, and fanny packs.

"Suspended Lunch" is the physical manifestation of my worst fear. This sculpture depicts the wholesome aspect of a picnic with a sinister outcome.
